Whether you’re a seasoned professional or if relationship management is new to you, Plug In is sure to offer something for everyone.

Chair Janna Holm says it best: “Without leaving your desk, you can convene with 100-plus peers at Plug In to Relationship Management. From online discussions to a fantastic line-up of speakers and panelists, this is one of the best (and most affordable!) ways to build your skills, ask questions and grow your network. Over two half days, you’ll hear from industry leaders on topics ranging from drafting a relationship management policy to developing development performance metrics to using prospect management as donor engagement. Further, your understanding of fundraising will be challenged by keynote speaker Steve MacLaughlin, and learn why “Everything we know about fundraising is (mostly) wrong”.
