    Don't miss this year's Apra Indiana Skills Workshop which will take place Tuesday, June 19, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. 

    Registration is now open and is only $55 for members and $70 for non-members. Registration closes Wednesday, June 13, so don't delay! The skills workshop provides two tracks of content for everyone from development professionals at small organizations who want to dig deeper into the field, to seasoned researchers from large institutions. 

    We are excited to have Elizabeth Crabtree, founder and president of Crabtree Lane LLC, a nonprofit management and consultancy practice. She has over 20 years of senior management experience in fundraising and has been a nonprofit consultant since 2007. Her most recent engagements have included serving as an interim director of development and providing campaign feasibility and strategic planning advice, as well as research, prospect development and database management services to a diverse number of organizations.

    The Oscars may be over, but it's not too late to nominate yourself or a colleague for one of the many Apra Indiana and Apra International awards and scholarships! Check out the full list on our Scholarships and Awards page! The deadline for the Apra Indiana Founders' Scholarship (which includes the costs of any Apra-affiliated conference registration plus a one year membership with Apra International) is March 30, and the deadline for all Apra International awards is April 2!

    Coming to the Spring Conference tomorrow? Directions to the Butler University can be found here. The Conference will take place in the Ford Salon in Robertson Hall. If you are unfamiliar with Butler's campus you can view a campus map here. Parking is available in the parking garage on Sunset Avenue for a small fee (up to $10 max depending on the amount of time). The first floor of the garage is reserved for visitors, so there should be spots there; otherwise, you can park on one of the upper levels of the garage. If you are concerned about the fee for parking please reach out to us at apra.indiana@gmail.com.
